Արտակարգ իրավիճակ՝ Երևանում

ՀԱՍԱՐԱԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

Արդեն 4 օր է՝ Երևան քաղաքի Թևոսյան փողոցում գտնվող Բանավան թաղամասի 1-ին շենքի նկուղային հարկերը բառի բուն իմաստով վերածվել են «լողավազանի»։ Նկուղներում կուտակված խմելու ջրի խորությունը որոշ հատվածներում հասնում է մոտ 1 մետրի, և իրավիճակը, բնակիչների փոխանցմամբ, օրեցօր ավելի է վատանում։ Բնակիչներն ահազանգում են, որ ջուրը ոչ միայն չի հեռացվում, այլև շարունակում է շատանալ։ Մի շարք նկուղներ այն աստիճան են լցվել, որ անգամ երկարաճիտ ռետինե կոշիկներով այնտեղ մտնելն արդեն գրեթե անհնար է։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, խնդրի հետևանքով վնասվում են բնակիչների և այնտեղ գործող խանութների գույքն ու մթերքը։ Մարդիկ կանգնած են իրենց ունեցվածքը կորցնելու իրական վտանգի առաջ, սակայն, ինչպես իրենք են ասում, սայլը դեռևս տեղից չի շարժվում։

Բնակիչների խոսքով՝ դեպքից երկու օր առաջ «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության աշխատակիցները ժամանել են, նմուշառում կատարել և հեռացել, սակայն դրանից հետո որևէ տեսանելի արդյունք չի եղել, իսկ ջրի մակարդակը շարունակում է բարձրանալ։

Բնակիչներից մեկը մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց․ «Չգիտենք՝ ում դիմենք, ումից օգնություն խնդրենք։ Ջուրը օր օրի ավելանում է, նկուղները լցվել են։ Մեր գույքն ու մթերքը ջրի տակ են, իսկ պատասխանատուները գալիս են, նայում, գնում և վերջ»։

Մեկ այլ բնակիչ էլ ասաց․ «Այսպես շարունակվելու դեպքում վնասը շատ ավելի մեծ է լինելու։ Նկուղ մտնելն արդեն վտանգավոր է, որոշ հատվածներում ջուրը մոտ մեկ մետր է։ Մենք ուզում ենք միայն, որ պատասխանատուները գան և վերջապես լուծեն խնդիրը»։

Բնակիչները պահանջում են հնարավորինս արագ պարզել ջրի կուտակման պատճառը, դադարեցնել ջրի հոսքը և համապատասխան տեխնիկայի միջոցով հեռացնել նկուղներում կուտակված ջուրը։ Մինչդեռ արդեն չորրորդ օրն է՝ խնդիրը շարունակում է մնալ չլուծված, իսկ բնակիչների ու տնտեսվարողների կրած վնասը՝ ավելանալ։
