Աֆղանստանի Խոստ նահանգի ստադիոնում թալիբները ստիպել են 13-ամյա մի տղայի մահապատժի ենթարկել իր 13 հարազատներին սպանած մարդուն գրել է «Independent»-ը։

Սպանված հարազատների թվում են եղել նաև կանայք և երեխաներ։ 

Դատապարտված Մանգալը մահապատժի է ենթարկվել շարիաթի «քիսաս» (աչք աչքի դիմաց) սկզբունքով, այն բանից հետո, երբ նրա ընտանիքը հրաժարվել էր ներել նրան։ Դատավճիռը հաստատվել էր աֆղանական բոլոր դատարանների և Գերագույն առաջնորդ Մավլավի Հայբաթուլլահ Ախունդզադայի կողմից:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա է եղել մոտ մոտ 80,000 մարդ։ ՄԱԿ-ը խստորեն դատապարտել է սա՝ որպես միջազգային իրավունքի «դաժան և անմարդկային» խախտում: Սա թալիբների կողմից 2021 թվականին իշխանության վերադառնալուց ի վեր իրականացված 11-րդ հրապարակային մահապատիժն է։
