Հայկական կողմն առաջարկել է Հայաստանի վարչապետի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի երկկողմ հանդիպում ունենալ ՄԹ-ում ընթացող Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում, սակայն ադրբեջանական կողմը մերժել է առաջարկը:
