Մեծամորցի նորածիններից յուրաքանչյուրի համար ծննդյան կապակցությամբ կտրամադրվի 1,5 մլն դրամ: Այսինքն՝ ընտանիքը կստանա 7.5 մլն դրամ, որից՝ 2,5 մլն դրամնն ուղղակիորն կտրամադրվի ծնողներին, իսկ մնացած 5 մլնը կփոխանցվի յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի անվամբ բացված ընտանեկան դրամագլխի հաշվին, յուրաքանչյուրին՝ 1 մլն դրամ:
