Դատախազությունն աննախադեպ հայտարարություն տարածեց։ Նախկինում, իհարկե, դատախազությունը մեզ շատ է զարմացրել, բայց ոչ այս մակարդակի։ Ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Վարդևանյանը։

«Առաջինը կարծում էի, որ դատախազությունը պետք է հայտարարություն տարածեր նրա մասին, որ հայցում է երեք պատգամավորների և այդ պատգամավորների հարազատների ներողամտությունը, որովհետև այդ մարդիկ կորցրեցին 4-5 ամիս՝ ապօրինաբար։ Երբ դատախազությունը դրա փոխարեն անհասկանալի մի բառակույտ է ներկայացնում, սա ցավալի երևույթ է։ Ինչպես են փորձելու իրենք արդարանալ այն պայմաններում, երբ ենթադրենք պրոֆեսոր Արմեն Չարչյանի առողջությունն իսկապես քայքայել են»։
