Նա նշել է, որ ցածր հեմոգլոբինը կարող է հանգեցնել վահանաձեւ գեղձի, կանանց վերարտադրողական համակարգի, լյարդի ֆունկցիայի խանգարման եւ դետոքսիկացիայի։

«Երկաթի դեֆիցիտի մասին կարող են վկայել շուրթերի եզրերի ճաքերը, արյան ցածր ճնշումն ու հաճախացած պուլսը»,- ​ասել է մասնագետը։
