ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն իր հայ գործընկեր Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ զրույցի ընթացքում ընդգծել է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման աշխատանքները հնարավորինս արագ սկսելու անհրաժեշտությունը։

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ զրույցի ընթացքում հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների՝ 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 26-ի Սոչիի պայմանավորվածությունների կատարմանը։ «Ռուսական կողմից շեշտը դրվում է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման աշխատանքների շուտափույթ մեկնարկի անհրաժեշտության վրա՝ դրա հետագա սահմանագծմամբ, ինչպես նաեւ Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետների համանախագահությամբ տրանսպորտային եւ տնտեսական կապերի ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ Եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակներում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները գործնական հարթության տեղափոխելու վրա»։
