Դեկտեմբերի 31-ին, ժամը 11.01-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքի Հ. Ավետիսյան փողոցի թիվ 8 շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում հրդեհ է բռնկվել. ներսում կա երեխա:

Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել երկու մարտական հաշվարկ:

 Փրկարարները բնակարանից դուրս են բերել երեխային (Վ. Մ., 9 տարեկան). վերջինս դեմքի եւ ձեռքի այրվածքներով հոսպիտալացվել է Կապանի ԲԿ:

Հրդեհի հետեւանքով ծխահարվել է նույն շքամուտքի 3-րդ հարկում գտնվող քաղաքացին (Ա. Ա.), ով նույնպես հոսպիտալացվել է Կապանի ԲԿ, որտեղ անցելով բուժզննություն՝ դուրս է գրվել:

Հրդեհը մարվել է 11.45-ին:
