Իսպանիայի ԱԳ նախարար Խոսե Մանուել Ալբարեսը, ելույթ ունենալով ԵԱՀԿ անդամ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստում, անդրադարձել է ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորմանը՝ ընդգծելով նաև հումանիտար հարցերի լուծման կարևորությունը:

«Իրավիճակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում մտահոգիչ կերպով անկայուն է, սակայն շփումների վերականգնումը հուսադրող է: Խրախուսում ենք միջազգային իրավունքի շրջանակում վերջնական կարգավորման հասնելուն ուղղված աշխատանքները: Աջակցում ենք Մինսկի խմբի և համանախագահների աշխատանքին, ընդգծում ենք հումանիտար հարցերին հրատապ արձագանքելու կարևորությունը»,- նշել է իսպանացի դիվանագետը:

Իսպանացի նախարարն ընդծել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն պետք է պահպանի և զարգացնի իր անվտանգության ենթակառուցվածքներն ու համակարգերը:
