ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը «Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանի դեմ» գործով միջանկյալ միջոցներ սահմանելու Հայաստանի դիմումի վերաբերյալ որոշումը կներկայացնի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին:

Ինչպես ասվում է դատական մարմնի հաղորդագրության մեջ, խոսքը ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր դրսևորումների վերացման հարցով միջազգային կոնվենցիայի համաձայն ներկայացված դիմումի մասին է:

Հանրային լսումները տեղի կունենան Հաագայի Խաղաղության պալատում, որի ընթացքում դատարանի նախագահ, դատավոր Ջոան Է. Դոնոգյուն կընթերցի դատարնի վճիռը: Կորոնավիրուսի համավարակով պայմանավորված՝ դատարանում ներկա կլինեն միայն դատարանի անդամները և կողմերի ներկայացուցիչները:
