«Սա Սիսիանի հատվածում Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ առաջատար դիրքն է մեր տարածքում։ Այս դիրքը գրավել էին դեռևս մայիսին։ Նոյեմբերի 14-16-ի ագրեսիան ու բախումները այս դիրքի թիկունքում էին։ Այդ մասին ավելի մանրամասն հավանաբար առաջիկա օրերին կտանք։
