Մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում կնոջը ծեծելու գործն ուղարկվեց Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության` Գեւորգ Սարգսյանը («Ջունգլը») «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական կայքում կնոջ լուսանկարները ինչ-որ անձի կողմից հավանություն տալու կապակցությամբ ծագած վիճաբանության վերաբերյալ նրա հետ խոսելու պատրվակով նոյեմբերի 26-ին հանդիպել է կնոջը, առաջարկել անցնել փողոը, սակայն նա չի համաձայնվել: «Ջունգլը», նրա ձեռքից բռնած քաշելով, անցկացրել է փողոցը, ցանկացել նստեցնել իր ընկերոջ ավտոմեքենան, ինչի ընթացքում ձեռքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել կնոջ մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին, կծել է նրա ձախ թեւը:
