Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը հայտարարել է, որ ռազմական սպառնալիքի մակարդակը ՀԱՊԿ տարածքում չի նվազում: ՏԱՍՍ գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին վերջինս խոսել է ԱՊՀ երկրների Անվտանգության խորհուրդների ամենամյա նիստում:

Զասն ընդգծել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն պատարաստ է զարգացնել համակողմանի համագործակցությունն ԱՊՀ–ի հետ և իրավասու կառույցների հետ՝ պետությունների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար:

ՀԱԿՊ քարտուղարն ընդգծել է, որ Ղարաբաղում հայ և ադրբեջանական կողմերի միջև շփման գծում լարվածությունը պահպանվում է՝ չնայած ձեռնարկվող քայլերին:
