Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի դեսպան Վարդան Տողանյանը հայտարարել է, որ չնայած Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին իրավիճակի կայունացմանը՝ չի կարելի բացառել, որ Երևանը կարող է դիմել ՀԱԿՊ-ին օգնության համար:

«Բարդ է ասել. կախված է նրանից, թե ինչպես կզարգանա իրավիճակը, ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք: Կտեսնենք, թե ինչպես կզարգանան իրադարձությունները»,- «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասել է դեսպանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին՝ մտադիր է արդյոք Հայաստանը դիմել ՀԱՊԿ-ին օգնության համար, եթե իրավիճակի կայունացումից հետո դրա անհրաժեշտությունը վերացել է: Միևնույն ժամանակ Տողանյանը դրական պատասխան է տվել մասնավորեցնող հարցին, թե չի կարելի բացառել իրադարձությունների որևէ զարգացում:

«Իրավիճակը կայունացել է ներկա պահին»,- հավելել է դեսպանը:
