Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ այցելել է Կապան` ՔՊ թեկնածուի հոր հոգեհանգստին: Վաղ առավոտից քաղաքում աննախադեպ աժիոտաժ է եղել, ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենաների հոծ ներկայություն։ Կապան համայնքում ՔՊ-ի թեկնածու Դավիթ Դանիելյանի հայրն օրերս կորոնավիրուսից մահացել էր: Ու թեեւ Փաշինյանի` Կապան այցի հիմնական նպատակը Դանիելյանի հոր հոգեհանգստյան արարողությանը մասնակցելն էր, սակայն դրանում սյունեցիները նաեւ քարոզչական քայլ էին տեսնում` հանուն իշխանական թեկնածուի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՔՊ թեկնածուի մրցակիցը գործող համայնքապետ Գեւորգ Փարսյանն է, որն առաջադրվել է «Շանթ դաշինք» կուսակցությամբ։ Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ 2018 թվականին Կապանում նույնպես համայնքային ընտրություններ էին, եւ կրկին Փարսյանն էր առաջադրվել, իսկ ՔՊ-ն այսօրվա փոխմարզպետ Նարեկ Բաբայանին էր առաջադրել, եւ անգամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անձամբ մասնակցեց քարոզարշավին, բայց պարտություն կրեցին: Սա ՔՊ-ի առաջին պարտությունն էր, ընդ որում` այն պահին, երբ երիտասարդ իշխանություններն իրենց ռեյտինգի պիկին էին:
