Արդեն գրել ենք, որ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը ՊԵԿ նախագահ նշանակվելուց հետո համակարգում կադրային ջարդ է սկսել: Ընդ որում, հեռանում կամ հեռացվում են հիմնականում փորձառու, գրագետ կադրերը: ՊԵԿ-ից մեզ պաշտոնապես պատասխանել են, որ 104 աշխատող հեռացել է ՊԵԿ-ից` սեփական դիմումի համաձայն: Մասնավորապես տեղեկացանք, որ Բադասյանը` ՊԵԿ նախագահ նշանակվելուց անմիջապես հետո, աշխատանքից հեռացրել է Արթուր Վանեցյանի մորեղբորը` Արամ Ազարյանին, որը մաքսային վարչությունում բաժնի պետ էր աշխատում:

Աշխատանքից ազատվել է նաեւ ԱԱԾ գեներալ-մայոր Զավեն Նանյանի որդին` Արմեն Նանյանը, որը 2018 թվականից զբաղեցնում էր մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության Զվարթնոցի բաժնի պետի պաշտոնը: Այս անձանց միակ «հանցանքը, մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով, նրանց ազգակցական կապերն են:
