Մոսկվան ամեն ջանք գործադրում է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտում թույլ չտալու համար։ Այսօրվա ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
 
«Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտում տիրող իրավիճակը, այդ թվում` վերջերս տեղի ունեցած միջադեպերը, քննարկվել են հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Մինսկում ԱՊՀ ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի շրջանակում Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարների եռակողմ հանդիպման ընթացքում»,- նշել Է Զախարովան:
 
Նրա խոսքով` այդ հարցը քննարկվում է նաև ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի, գլխավոր շտաբների ղեկավարների կանոնավոր շփումների ժամանակ։
