Սահմանադրական դատարանը մերժել է նախագահի դիմումը

2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 12-ի նիստում Սահմանադրական դատարանը քննության է առել «Հանրապետության նախագահի դիմումի հիման վրա՝ 2021 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ին Ազգային ժողովի ընդունած՝ «ՀՀ դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» սահմանադրական օրենքի և հարակից 8 օրենքների՝ Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանության հարցը որոշելու վերաբերյալ» գործը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանից:

Նշված գործով ձայների հավասարության հետևանքով ըստ էության որոշում չի ընդունվել, ուստի՝ համաձայն «Սահմանադրական դատարանի մասին» սահմանադրական օրենքի 62-րդ հոդվածի 9-րդ մասի՝ դիմումը համարվում է մերժված։
