«Ինչպես գիտեք, իմ նախաձեռնությունն է համագործակցություն սկսել տարածաշրջանում և նոր հարթակ ստեղծել, որի շրջանակում մենք՝ երեք երկիր, սերտ համագործակցություն կսկսենք, և Վրաստանը մեծ դեր է կատարում այդ գործընթացում: Մենք արդեն հաջող նախադեպ ենք ստեղծել հունիսին, երբ իմ անմիջական ջանքերի շնորհիվ և, բնականաբար, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների հետ պայամանվորվածությամբ՝ մեզ հաջողվեց ազատել գերիներին և քարտեզներ փոխանցել Ադրբեջանին: Ես շատ ակտիվ եմ այս ուղղությամբ»,- ասել է վրացի վարչապետը:
