Այսօր խորհրդարանում զվարճալի դեպք է արձանագրվել, պատգամավորները շփոթել էին մտքերի փոխանակման հերթագրման գործընթացը քվեարկության հետ:

Նախագծերից մեկն էր քննարկվում, ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը հայտարարեց մտքերի փոխանակման հերթագրման մասին, այդ ընթացքում մի քանի պատգամավորներ, այդ թվում՝ խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից երբեք ելույթ չունեցողները, ինչպիսիք են Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը, Միքայել Մանուկյանը, Առաքել Մովսիսյանը և այլոք, ուշացած մտնելու պատճառով և չհասկանալով՝ ինչ գործընթաց է ընթանում՝ սկսեցին հերթագրվել՝ մտածելով, թե քվեարկում են, արդյունքում 16 պատգամավորներ հերթագրվեցին մտքերի փոխանակության համար:

Երբ ավարտվեց հերթագրումը խորհրդարանի ղեկավարությունը հասկացավ, որ պատգամավորները շփոթել են այն քվեարկության հետ և նոր հերթագրում անցկացրին:
