Հոկտեմբերի 6-ին ԻԻՀ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Արտաշես Թումանյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ ԻԻՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Մեհդի Սաֆարիի հետ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Իրանում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը։

Ա․ Թումանյանը շնորհավորեց Մ․ Սաֆարիին կարևոր և պատասխանատու պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ և հույս հայտնեց, որ առաջիկայում երկու երկրների կառավարությունների կողմից կիրականացվեն անհրաժեշտ բոլոր քայլերը Հայաստան-Իրան տնտեսական հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման համար։

ԻԻՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Մ․ Սաֆարին, կարևորելով տնտեսական համագործակցության խորացումը, իր պատրաստակամությունը հայտնեց ընթացիկ տնտեսական ծրագրերի իրականացմանն աջակցության հարցում։

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան նաև ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում համագործակցության արդյունավետության բարձրացման, ինչպես նաև Հյուսիս-Հարավ տրանսպորտային առանցքի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների կազմակերպման հարցերին։
