Ադրբեջանը միջազգային հետախուզում է հայտարարել հայազգի գործիչների նկատմամբ՝ նրանց համարելով ահաբեկիչներ։ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազը գրություններ է ուղարկել տարբեր երկրների հատուկ ծառայություններին, այդ թվում՝ ՌԴ։

Մեր ձեռքում է հայտնվել հետախուզվողների ցանկը, որտեղ 24 հայի անուն կա՝ տարբեր երկրների քաղաքացիներ։ Մի քանիսը հայտնի անուններ են, օրինակ՝ ջավախքցի հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Վահագն Չախալյանը, Ղրիմի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչ եւ Ղրիմի կամավորականների միության ղեկավար Արմեն Մարդոյանը, հետախույզ Վովա Վարդանովը, հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբիշ, ռուսաստանաբնակ Միհրան Հարությունյանը, որը մասնակցել է արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմին, եւ այլք։

Եթե ադրբեջանական գրությունն ընդունեն այդ երկրներում, կարող են նշված անձանց ձերբակալել եւ հանձնել Ադրբեջանին՝ որպես ռազմական հանցագործների:
