Եվրոպական ֆյուչերսային շուկայում գազի գները պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ առևտրի բացման ժամանակ գերազանցել են հազար դոլարը՝ հազար խորանարդ մետրի համար, հետևում է ICE Futures-ի տվյալներից:

Հոլանդական TTF ինդեքսի (եվրոպական ամենալիկվիդային հանգույց) ֆյուչերսները սկսվել են 992 դոլարից և Երևանի ժամանակով ժամը 11:10-ին հասել ռեկորդային առավելագույնին՝ գրեթե 1030 դոլարի:

Եվրոպայում վառելիքի արժեքը վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում աճել է ավելի քան 1,5 անգամ: Ավելի վաղ, «Գազպրոմ»-ի խորհրդի նախագահ Ալեքսեյ Միլլերը հայտարարել էր, որ Եվրոպայում գազի ստորգետնյա պահեստարաններում գազի պաշարների դանդաղ կուտակումը և գազի պահանջարկի աճը հանգեցրել է նրան, որ Եվրոպայում բնական գազի գները գերազանցել են ռեկորդները:
