1or.am կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ ԱՄՆ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպանատանը աշխատանքի պետք է անցներ Աննա Նաղդալյանը։ Նա պետք է լիներ դեսպանատան երկրորդ դեմքը, սակայն ԱՄՆ-ում Հայաստանի նորանշանակ դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցը ամեն ինչ արել է, որ նրա նշանակումը հնարավոր չլինի, քանի որ, եթե Աննա Նաղդալյանը դառնար ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան աշխատող իր գիտելիքներով կգերազանցեր Լիլիթ Մակունցին։ Լիլիթ Մակունցը հավանաբար հասկացել է, որ դիվանագետի կրթություն ունեցող Աննա Նաղդալյանի կողքին իր ոչ կոմպետենտ լինելը երևալու է անգամ, երբ Աննա Նաղդալյանը պաշտոնով իրեն զիջում է։ Սա ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց է տալիս, որ եթե դիլետանտներն են որոշում պրոֆեսիոնալների ճակատագիրը, ապա պետությունը կաթիլ-կաթիլ կործանվում է։
