Աշխարհի երկրներից 50-ը, որոնք հիմնականում աֆրիկյան երկրներն են, չեն կարողանա իրականացնել Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության սահմանած նպատակը, որն է մինչև սեպտեմբերի վերջ պատվաստել բնակչության առնվազն 10 տոկոսին:

Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Կոմերսանտ»-ը՝ հղում անելով ԱՀԿ գլխավոր տնօրեն Թեդրոս Ադհանոմ Գեբրեյեսուսի հայտարարությանը, այդ նշաձողին հասնել հաջողվել է 90 տոկոս հարուստ երկրներին:

ԱՀԿ-ն ավելի վաղ աշխարհի երկրների առաջ խնդիր էր դրել մինչև սեպտեմբերի վերջ պատվաստել բնակչության առնվազն 10 տոկոսին, մինչև տարեվերջ՝ 40 տոկոսին, իսկ մինչև 2022 թվականի կեսերը՝ 70 տոկոսին:

Սեպտեմբերի սկզբին կազմակերպությունը տեղեկացրել էր, որ ողջ աշխարհում կորոնավիրուսի դեմ 5.5 մլրդ չափաբաժին պատվաստանյութ է կիրառվել: ԱՀԿ տվյալներով՝ դրանց 80 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկնում բարձր և միջին մակարդակի եկամուտ ունեցող երկրներին:
