ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Ղազախստանի Հանրապետություն՝ մասնակցելու մայրաքաղաք Նուր-Սուլթանում սեպտեմբերի 23-ին կայանալիք ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների գլխավոր դատախազների համակարգող խորհրդի հերթական՝ 31-րդ նիստին: Այս մասին հայտնում է Դատախազությունը:

Նիստի ընթացքում կքննարկվեն իրավական տարբեր ոլորտներում, հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում ԱՊՀ անդամ-պետությունների գլխավոր դատախազների համագործակցության պլանների իրականացման հարցեր: Գլխավոր դատախազները կփոխանակվեն իրենց երկրներում տարբեր ուղղություններով դատախազական գործառույթների իրացման, հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի ժամանակակից մեթոդներին հակազդելու նպատակով օրենսդրության կատարելագործման փորձով:

ԱՊՀ անդամ-պետությունների ԳԴՀԽ նիստի շրջանակներում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հանդես կգա ելույթով:
