Այսօր Հայաստանն իր ինքնիշխանության ամենացածր մակարդակին է հասել, առավել ցածր, քան նույնիսկ ՀԽՍՀ-ը ԽՍՀՄ-ում, վկա նույն «Անկախության հռչակագիրն», ընդունված ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանը։

«Ամփոփելով այս ամենը, կարելի է փաստել, որ սեպտեմբերի 21-ի միջոցառումն, ըստ էության, Հայաստանի անկախության մահվան հոգեհանգստի արարողությունն է լինելու։

Եվ ազնիվ կլինի, որ սիմֆոնիկ նվագախումբն այդ օրը կատարի որևէ հանրահայտ մահերգ՝ ռեքվիեմ, ազդարարելով Հայաստանի անկախության մահը»,- գրել է Իշխանյանը։
