ԵԱՀԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահ, շվեդ խորհրդարանական Մարգարետա Սեդերֆելտ, ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդին ուղղված իր առաջին ուղերձում, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, անդրադարձել է նաև Արցախին:

Պաշտոնյան ասել է, որ «չնայած Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածաշրջանում հրադադարի հաստատմանը,  շատ ավելին պետք է արվի, որպեսզի երաշխավորվի տևական խաղաղություն`տեղում խաղաղ բնակիչների տառապանքները թեթևացնելու համար»:
