ՀԱՊԿ նիստում առաջարկվել է մշակել դաշինքի անդամ երկրների կողմից իրար վրա հարձակվելու դեպքում գործողությունների ծրագիր

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (Հայաստան, Բելառուս, Ղազախստան, Ղրղզստան, Ռուսաստան, Տաջիկստան) այսօրվա նիստին առաջարկվել է մշակել գործողությունների ծրագիր, եթե դաշինքի երկրները հարձակվեն միմյանց վրա:

Ինչպես գրում է rusplt.ru-ն, նման առաջարկով է հանդես եկել Ղրղզստանի նախագահ Սադիր Ժապարովը, որը հիշեցրել է վերջին լարվածությունը Տաջիկստանի հետ սահմանին և նշել, որ այն դեռ պահպանվում է: 

Նախագահի խոսքով՝ այս ֆոնին լավ կլիներ միմյանց վրա հարձակման դեպքում արագ արձագանքման մեխանիզմներ մշակել: 

ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրները պետք է օգնեն միմյանց արտաքին ագրեսիան հետ մղելիս: Այդ առնչությամբ  չկա հատուկ մեխանիզմ, ինչպես նաև չկա կազմակերպության անդամների միջև հակամարտության դեպքում գործողությունների ծրագիր:
