Հայկ Մամիջանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Պատերազմի օրերին ամբողջ աշխարհից և Հայաստանից մարդիկ իրենց խնայողություններից, իսկ շատերը նույնիսկ օրվա հացի փողից գումար էին փոխանցում «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամին: Հետագայում այդ փողի մի մասը անհասկանալի կերպով փոխանցվեց պետական բյուջե, իսկ թե ինչի վրա ծախսվեցին այդ գումարները՝ անհայտ մնաց:
ՀՀ ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը նախաձեռնելու է 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում և դրանից հետո ողջ հայ ժողովրդի կողմից «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամին հանգանակված գումարների հնարավոր վատնման, ծախսման արդյունավետության և հիմնադրամի գործունեությանը առնչվող այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ խորհրդարանական քննիչ հանձնաժողով:
