Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 10-ին, որոշում է ստորագրել, որում նշվում է․ «Ղեկավարվելով «Քաղաքացիական ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 16-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, 37-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով և հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ի «Ժամկետային աշխատանքային պայմանագիր կնքելու կարգը սահմանելու մասին» N 792-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգի 12-րդ կետի 2-րդ ենթակետը՝

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տարածքային զարգացման և շրջակա միջավայրի վարչության պետի տեղակալի (պաշտոնի ծածկագիր՝ 06-9-Ղ3-1) պաշտոնակատար Հայկ Հայրապետի Սիմոնյանի հետ 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 28-ին կնքված N 102 ժամկետային աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ից համարել լուծված»:
