Քիչ առաջ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում պրոֆեսոր Արմեն Չարչյանի առողջական վիճակը կտրուք վատթարացել է, ինչը պայմանավորված է նրա մոտ առկա շաքարային դիաբետով (ծանր ձև) և նա փեղափոխվել է «Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն» բժշկական կենտրոն՝ շաքարային բաժանմունք։

Պնդում եմ Արմեն Չարչյանի մոտ ախտորոշված հիվանդությունն անհամատեղելի է կալանավորման հետ և պրոֆեսորը օր առաջ պետք է ազատ արձակվի»։
