Ազգային ժողովի «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Գորիս-Կապան միջպետական մայրուղին այս պահին բաց է երթևեկության համար, սակայն պարզ չէ, թե ճանապարհի վերահսկման, անվտանգության ապահովման կամ երթևեկության կազմակերպման առումով փոփոխություններ եղել ե՞ն, թե՞ ոչ։

Մտահոգությունս ոչ միայն պայմանավորված է այդ հատվածում խաղի կանոնների հնարավոր փոփոխության մասին տարաբնույթ խոսակցություններով, այլ նրանով, որ ադրբեջանական այդ քայլը նաև քաղաքական հենք ուներ։

Ինչևէ, եթե նույնիսկ իրավասու մարմինները ճանապարհի բացման բանակցությունների մանրամասները առաջիկայում չներկայացնեն, ապա մեկ է՝ վաղ թե ուշ, ադրբեջանական սադրանքի իրական պատճառները որևէ ճակատում տեսանելի են լինելու»։
