Արարատ Միրզոյանը, ըստ ամենայնի, չի կարողանում հաղթահարել պատերազմից հետո նոյեմբերի 9-ի գիշերն իր հետ կատարվածի սթրեսը եւ իր վախերն արդեն հասցրել է նաեւ արտգործնախարարությունում ցուցադրել։ Նախարարության մեր աղբյուրները պատմում են, որ նորանշանակ նախարարի ելումուտի ժամանակ նրա թիկնազորն ուղղակի կանգնեցնում է օդը` «մաքրելով» ցանկացածին շեֆի ճանապարհից։ Աշխատակիցները հիշում են, որ նման «հավսար-զգաստ» վիճակներ մեկ էլ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի պաշտոնավարման օրոք են զգացել։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Միրզոյանը նոյեմբերի 9-ի լույս 10-ի գիշերը բռնության ենթարկվեց կառավարություն մուտք գործած ամբոխի կողմից։
