Ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները քիչ առաջ փակել են նաև Գորիսից Որոտան տանող ճանապարհը. սա միջպետական ճանապարհ է, որ ապահովում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության բնականոն տեղաշարժը․ ՄԻՊ

ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը տեղեկացնում է․ «Ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները քիչ առաջ փակել են նաև ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիսից Որոտան տանող ճանապարհը (լուսանկարի հատվածն է): Այս փաստը հաստատվել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին ներկայացվող ահազանգերի ստուգմամբ:

Սա միջպետական ճանապարհ է, որ ապահովում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության բնականոն տեղաշարժը և ուղիղ կապված է մարդկանց բնականոն կյանքի հետ:

Ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների այս հանցավոր արարքները խախտում են մարդկանց ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքը և ամբողջությամբ խաթարել են մարդկանց բնականոն կյանքը: Ինքնին նրանց ներկայությունն այդ ճանապարհներին մարդկանց կյանքի իրավունքի և միջազգայնորեն երաշխավորված մյուս կենսական իրավունքների խախտում է:

Կապան համայնքի Դավիթ Բեկ գյուղին մոտ (Շուռնուխ-Կարմրաքար հատված) միջպետական ճանապարհը ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների կողմից երեկ գիշերը 23:00-ի սահմաններում փակելուց հետո այս հատվածով նույնպես մարդկանց տեղաշարժը դադարեցված է»:
