«Պատռվել է վերնաշապիկս, հարված ստացա ճակատիս, ոտքերիս. Այս ամենը վկայությունն են այն մասին, որ մենք գործ ունենք հանցավոր խմբավորման հետ»,- ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

Հարցին՝ իշխանական պատգամավորնե՞րն էին հարվածում, թե՞, նա պատասխանեց. «Պետական պահպանության ծառայության պետը և մի շարք աշխատակիցներ: Իմ համոզմամբ՝ դիտավորյալ էին հարվածում»:

Ճշտող հարցին՝ այսինքն՝ ՊՊԾ պետը բռունցքով դիտավորյալ հարվածե՞լ է Մինասյանին, նա պատասխանեց. «Ես կարծում եմ, որ ՊՊԾ պետը թույլ է տվել օրենքի խախտում, հանցագործություն է կատարել՝ ոչ միայն ցուցումներ տալով, այլև անմիջականորեն ներգրավվելով անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառման մեջ»:
