SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Հարությունյանի որոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ ՔրՕրի 130 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քերական գործ։ Քրգործը հարուցվել է օգոստոսի 20-ին «Թալին» բժշկական կենտրոնում Արագածավան գյուղի բնակիչ, ծննդկան, 31-ամյա Անահիտ Գ․-ի մահվան փաստով։ Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ օգոստոսի 19-ին «Թալին» բժշկական կենտրոնում Անահիտ Գ․-ն գինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքում կեսարյան վիրահատությունից հետո՝ օգոստոսի 20-ին հիվանդանոցում մահացել է։ Ավագ քննիչի որոշմամբ՝ նշանակվել են մի շարք փոձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ դիակի դատաբժշկական։
