Ձմերուկի եւ սեխի կանաչ մասերն ուտել խորհուրդ չի տրվում, հավաստիացնում է Մոսկվայի առողջապահության դեպարտամենտի գլխավոր սննդաբան Անտոնինա Ստարոդուբովան։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն, եթե ձմերուկի մեջ վնասակար նյութեր կան, դրանց մեծ մասը կուտակվում է կեղեւի տակ։ Սննդաբանի խոսքով՝ նիտրատները կարող են կուտակվել հենց կանաչ մասում, ուստի արժե պտուղներն ուտել մինչեւ այդ մասը։

Անտոնինա Ստարոդուբովան նաեւ խորհուրդ է տալիս ընտրել այնպիսի ձմերուկ եւ սեխ, որպեսզի դրանք կարելի լինի ուտել մեկ օրում։ Կտրված պտուղները պետք է պահել սառնարանում՝ ծածկելով սննդային թաղանթով, նշել է մասնագետը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ բոլորին չէ, որ խորհուրդ է տրվում ձմերուկ ուտել. քանի որ այդ պտղի մեջ բավական շատ շաքար կա, շաքարային դիաբետ ունեցող պացիենտներին խորհուրդ է տրվում խուսափել ձմերուկ ուտելուց։
