Սա Նինոծմինդայի ծառայությունների մատուցման միասնական կենտրոնն է. նոր-նոր Հայաստանում բացվում են ծառայությունների մատուցման միասնական գրասենյակներ, ուզում էի համեմատել, բայց համեմատության եզրեր չկան. Արշալույս Մղդեսյան

«Մեդիա կենտրոն» ծրագրի խմբագիր-համակարգող Արշալույս Մղդեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

Սա Նինոծմինդայի ծառայությունների մատուցման միասնական կենտրոնն է։ Մտնում ես ներս ամեն ինչ պարզ ու հստակ, մեծ սրահ ու չկան կաբինետներ։ Անձնագրային հարցերից մինչև ամուսնության վկայական ու էլի տասնյակ ծառայություններ մատուցվում են շատ արագ։
Ու սա Վրաստանի ծայրամասային Նինոծմինդայի շրջանում է։ Չասեմ թե ինչ արագությամբ է աշխատում Թբիլիսիի նույն կենտրոնը` հայտնի սնկեր հիշեցնող տանիքով մեծ ապակեպատ շենքը։
Երևանում, երբ մտնում ես ՕՎԻՐ, անգամ էլեկտրոնային գրանցման համակարգ չկա։ Խառն ու անհասկանալի վիճակ։ 2015 թվականից հարցը "լուծում են": Բայց կաբինետներ` որքան ուզես, դրանց դիմացը սպասող քաղաքացիներ։
Հիմա նոր-նոր Հայաստանում բացվում են ծառայությունների մատուցման միասնական գրասենյակներ, բայց ակնհայտորեն ծառայությունների ավելի փոքր թվով։
Ուզում էի համեմատել, բայց համեմատության եզրեր չկան։
