Օգոստոսի 9-ին՝ ժամը 16:00-ից 22:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հակառակորդը խախտել է հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմը հարավ-արևմտյան (Շոշ-Մխիթարաշեն) հատվածում: Բացի հրաձգային զինատեսակներից ադրբեջանական զինուժը կիրառել է նաև ՀՀՆ-9 (հաստոցավոր հակատանկային նռնականետ)՝ հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ արձակելով 3 արկ:

Հայկական կողմը կորուստներ չունի:

Միջադեպի առնչությամբ համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն է տրամադրվել ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարությանը:
