Ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթները վտանգավոր են ոչ միայն մաշկի, այլ նաեւ մազերի համար, այդ պատճառով դրանք պետք է պաշտպանել արևից:

Ի՞նչ անել, եթե մազերն արդեն տուժել են արեւից. խորհուրդներ Healthline պորտալից.  

  • Փորձեք ամեն օր չլվանալ մազերը շամպույնով, հատկապես եթե դրանք ունեն ագրեսիվ; բաղադրություն, դրանք կարող են էլ ավելի չորացնել մազերը;
  • Ամեն լվանալուց հետո մազերին խոնավեցնող կոնդիցիոներ քսեք;
  • Խուսափեք ֆենից, արդուկից;
  • Խուսափեք մազերի վրա ցանկացած քիմիական ազդեցությունից, օրինակ՝ քլորից:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ճիշտ սննդակարգը, որը հարուստ է վիտամիններով և հանքանյութերով, նպաստում է մազերի ամրպանդմանը:
