Առաջիկա տոներին ընդառաջ՝ տնակային ավանում բնակվող հազարավոր քաղաքացիների համար գերխնդիր է մնում ֆինանսական հարցը: Տնակային ավանում գյումրեցիների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը խոստացել էր 30 միլիոն դրամ հատկացնել՝ տնակներում բնակվող գյումրեցիներին ֆինանսական օժանդակություն տրամադրելու համար:

Հանդիպման հենց հաջորդ օրն ի մի են բերվել աջակցության խնդրանքով հարյուրավոր նամակներ, հաշվառվել Գյումրու տնակային ավաններում ապրող ընտանիքները, որոնց թիվը գերազանցում է մի քանի հազարը:

Հազարավոր ծրարներ՝ դրամական աջակցության տեսքով, ամանորյա տոներից առաջ ուղղվում են Գյումրու տնակային թաղամասեր:
