Համապետական ընտրությունների անցողիկ շեմը չհաղթահարած Էդմոն Մարուքյանի «Լուսավոր Հայաստանն» ակտիվ աշխատանքներ է սկսել առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար։ Խոշոր քաղաքներում արդեն թեկնածուներ են ընտրել, որոնք կառաջնորդեն կուսակցական ցուցակները եւ կլինեն ԼՀԿ-ի քաղաքապետի թեկնածուները։

Գյումրիում, օրինակ, ցուցակը կգլխավորի Սարիկ Մինասյանը, որը 7-րդ գումարման խորհրդարանում ԼՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր էր։ Վանաձորում ընտրությունը գնալու է Մարուքյանի եղբոր՝ Քրիստ Մարուքյանի, եւ կրկին նախկին պատգամավոր Հրանտ Այվազյանի թեկնածությունների շուրջ։ Հրազդանում էլ կառաջադրեն Արշավիր Խաչատրյանին, որը ԼՀԿ Կոտայքի տարածքային կառույցի ղեկավարն է։
