Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը շնորհավորել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ, համապատասխան հեռագիրը հրապարակվել է Կրեմլի կայքում:

«Հուսով եմ, որ ձեր կառավարության գործունեությունը կնպաստի ռուս-հայկական բարեկամական, դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության, անվտանգության և կայունության ամրապնդմանը»,-ասված է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի հեռագրում:

Պուտինը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է շարունակել կառուցողական երկխոսությունը և համատեղ աշխատանքը երկկողմ և տարածաշրջանային օրակարգի արդիական հարցերի շուրջ: Պուտինը Փաշինյանին մաղթել է հաջողություն, քաջառողջություն և բարեկեցություն:
