Մոսվկայի առողջապահության դեպարտամենտի թիվ 1 հոգեբուժական կլինիկական հիվանդանոցի բաժնի վարիչ Նիկիտա Չեռնովն ասել է. «Պատվաստումը վարակիչ հիվանդություններից պաշտպանության արդյունավետ միջոց է, այդ թվում՝ կորոնավիրուսից: Կարեւոր է հասկանալ, թե ինչում է վախը: Վախը իռացիոնալ զգացմունք է: Եվ մարդը կպաշտպանվի ոչ ռացիոնալ հոգեբանական մեխանիզմներով»:

Նրա խոսքով՝ որոշ մարդիկ անիմաստ վախենում են հիվանդության սարսափելի հետեւանքներից: Հոգեբանի խոսքով՝ այդ վախը մարդը պետք է ինքնուրույն հաղթահարի: Իսկ հարազատները կարող են միայն աջակցել:

«Կարեւոր է ոչ թե ազատվել վախից, այլ սովորել այն կիրառել որպես կյանքի բնական դրսեւորում : Խիզախ մարդը նա չէ, ով վախ չունի, այլ նա, ով կարողանում է այն հաղթահարել եւ առաջ շարժվել»,-ասել է Չեռնովը:
