Սոթքի հանքավայրի տարածքում գիշերն անկանոն կրակոցներ են հնչել, ինչի հետևանքով հրատապ որոշում է կայացվել դադարեցնել հանքավայրի աշխատանքը։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Գեոպրոմայնինգ Գոլդ» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչ Ռուզաննա Գրիգորյանը։

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ՝ տարհանվել են բոլոր աշխատակիցները, այժմ այնտեղ են միայն անվտանգության աշխատակիցներ․ «Մոտ 150 աշխատակից այդ պահին հերթապահության է եղել։ Տուժողներ չեն եղել»,-նշեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ մինչ այս պահը հանքավայրը չի աշխատում։

Հարցին՝ այս պահին ինչ իրավիճակ է հանքավայրում, արդյո՞ք կրակոցները շարունակվում են, Գրիգորյանը պատասխանեց, որ դժվար է լինում հանքավայրում գտնվող անվտանգության աշխատակիցների հետ կապ հաստատել, տեղեկություններ չկան։
