Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները աչք են տնկել Մեղրիի, Գորիսի, Ղափանի ու Սիսիանի վրա։

Նախագահի ու բարձրաստիճան այլ պաշտոնյաների մակարդակով այդ քաղաքները հռչակում են ադրբեջանական, հսկայական փողեր ծախսում քարոզչության վրա, ամբողջ հայկականը ներկայացնում՝ որպես ադրբեջանական։ Սա նորություն չէ, բայց եթե առաջ կարելի էր անգամ աչք փակել այս ամենի վրա, հիմա չի կարելի։

Մեր դիմաց կանգնած է մի թշնամի, որը տեսել է մեր նահանջը, վախը ու հիմա փորձում է առաջանալ։

Սեփական ժողովրդին ոչ թե Խոսրով-բեկ Սուլթանովի ժառանգներով, այլ «նախկիններով» վախեցնողներին այս ամենը մեծ հաշվով չի հետաքրքրում, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ խոսրով-բեկ սուլթանովները վաղը ներկա ու նախկին են հարցնելու։
