Արցախում բնակիչներից մեկը կորած անասունների որոնման ընթացքում հայտնվել էր ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքում. Արցախի ՄԻՊ

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ ստացվել է ահազանգ Մարտունու շրջանի Մաճկալաշեն համայնքի բնակիչներից մեկի գերեվարման վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Արցախի ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը:

«Փաստերի հավաքագրման արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ անձը Մաճկալաշեն համայնքի 1989-ի ծնված բնակիչ է, որը զբաղվում էր անասնապահությամբ և կորած անասունների որոնման ընթացքում հայտնվել էր ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքում։

Այս մասին համայնքային իշխանությունները տեղեկացրել են ռուս խաղաղապահներին։ Այժմ նրանց միջնորդությամբ վարվում են բանակցություններ անձին վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ։

ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմը շարունակում է ահազանգի վերաբերյալ ուսումնասիրությունները, արդյունքների մասին կտեղեկացնենք հավելյալ»,- գրել է նա:
