ՔԱՂԱՔԱԿԱՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հատուկ արձանագրում է, որ Երասխի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական կրակոցները հանցավոր բնույթի են, կատարվում են քաղաքացիական բնակչության կյանքի և առողջության, այլ կենսական իրավունքների համար իրական վտանգավոր եղանակով։ Դրանք ոտնահարում են քաղաքացիական բնակիչների անդորրն ու խաղաղ կյանքը:

Կրակոցների հանցավոր լինելն ակնհայտ է ՀՀ սահմանային մյուս հատվածներում՝ բնակավայրերի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հրահրած կրակոցների ֆոնին և նաև ապացուցվում է այն փաստով, որ Երասխի հատվածում ադրբեջանական պարբերական դարձած կրակոցներից հուլիսի 14-ին զոհվել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ծառայող:

Այցի արդյունքները կամփոփվեն` արձանագրելով ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների խախտումները: Առանձին զեկույցով մանրամասները կներկայացվեն միջազգային կառույցներին (ՄԱԿ, ԵԽ, ԵՄ և այլն), ինչպես նաև ՀՀ պետական համապատասխան մարմիններին:
