Սահմանադրական դատարանի մամուլի խոսնակ Եվա Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

««Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ի արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքներն ամփոփելու մասին» թիվ 184-Ա որոշման հետ կապված վեճի վերաբերյալ» գործով որոշումը կհրապարակվի այսօր` 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին, ժ.21:00-ին դռնբաց նիստում»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ընտրությունների արդյունքները վիճարկում են «Հայաստան», «Պատիվ ունեմ», «Զարթոնք» և «Հայոց Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունները: Նրանց դիմումները քննարկվում են մեկ միավորված գործի շրջանակներում:

Գործով զեկուցող է նշանակվել Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր Էդգար Շաթիրյանը: Պատասխանող կողմ հանդես է գալիս ԿԸՀ-ն՝ որպես ընտրությունների արդյունքներն արձանագրող մարմին: Հարակից պատասխանողներ են ՀՀ դատախազությունը, ոստիկանությունը և Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողովը:
